An employee was delivering a pallet of roof shingles to a low-sloped roof using a boom truck with a fork attachment. The pallet of roof shingles slipped off of the forks and crashed through the roof to the interior of the home. The employee was knocked/dragged into the hole along with the pallet. He fell approximately 20 feet to the lower surface and was hospitalized with two broken ribs.
